# SulusAssist support

For help with the SulusAssist mobile app or a hosted SulusAssist account, email [hello@sulus.ai](mailto:hello@sulus.ai). Include the email address on the account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

For self-hosted SulusAssist, start with the [self-hosting guide](https://assist.sulus.ai/self-hosted-ai-agent/). The [full reference](https://assist.sulus.ai/docs/self-host/) covers backups, upgrades, and production layout. Report vulnerabilities only to [hello@sulus.ai](mailto:hello@sulus.ai).

Hosted users can permanently delete their account and associated personal Space data from the Account screen in the SulusAssist app, or on the web at [assist.sulus.ai](https://assist.sulus.ai) under Settings → Account. Without access to the app, email [hello@sulus.ai](mailto:hello@sulus.ai) from the account's email address to ask us to delete it. Sign-in security records are kept for up to 90 days.
